Recruitment
We do have a relatively simple screening process for inducting new members, and depending which officer you talk to, the ease of getting in may vary slightly. We will never take a potential member who plans to rob or steal from the guild or fellow guild members. We do not take people who beg for anything, nor do we take anyone who spams.

Here's a list for what we look for.
1.) Maturity.
2.) An Active member on the server. (We are pretty lenient on this.)
3.) Loyalty.
4.) How the potential inductee plans to contribute to the guild. (We look for specifics on this, but it's very easy to pass.)
5.) Must be willing to learn and take in the advice.

That's just four of the main corner stones of potential members we look for. There are more variables in play, but we won't disclose those, since it's easy for anyone to fake or lie about the four main recruitment bullets.
